What if there is a problem with my order?

We’ve got you covered. Your complete satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind our products. SimplyContact Usand let our team know of any issues with your order and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

When will my order ship?

  • Standard Shipping can take 6-8 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
  • Expedited Shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for expedited shipping.

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time. 

Return & Refound

Returns

  • You may return items within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items (e.g., custom products, sale items) are non-refundable. These exclusions will be noted on the product page.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within [number of days, e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days], and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Address Changes

- We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

- We are not responsible if the product does not arrive due to an incorrect address or a new home address. However, if by any chance the printing is incorrect or there is a problem with the product, please contact us and we will exchange the product for the correct one within 30 days of receiving the product.
